FUNDAMENTAL FOUNDATION
It does not matter what your particular practice is be it Shamanism, Tribalism, Advaita, Bhakti, Gyan, Raja yoga (Meditation), Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, Islam, or just living well, which is itself a great practice. Your path is your way to yourself. There is no doubt that if you will follow your path into the depths of your heart, your mind will reach way beyond the doctrine, 40 and you will indeed be the living principle of your faith and the living principle of spirituality.
There it is... one fundamental foundation of spirituality. Take the pathway deeply inward, dissolving borders of division as you go. See with "transparent eyes" through the resistance that you create. There is no enlightenment without this wisdom and the transparent view that completely supports it. You simply have to see through your own fixed conclusions.
When you get that, you have done all the work that needs to be done.
When you're attached to your opinions, you become myopic. Attachments are only thoughts to which you have naively given your full attention, lending importance to what is unimportant. When you stop the mental meanderings hemming you into a very narrow view, you will find your genuine freedom.

GRUNDLEGENDES FUNDAMENT
Es spielt keine Rolle, welche Praxis du ausübst, sei es Schamanismus, Tribalismus*, Advaita, Bhakti, Gyan, Raja Yoga (Meditation), Christentum, Buddhismus, Hinduismus, Judentum, Islam oder einfach nur ein gutes Leben, das selbst eine großartige Praxis ist. Ihr Weg ist Ihr Weg zu sich selbst. Es besteht kein Zweifel, dass, wenn du deinem Weg in die Tiefe deines Herzens folgst, dein Geist weit über die Doktrin hinausgehen wird und du in der Tat das lebendige Prinzip deines Glaubens und das lebendige Prinzip der Spiritualität sein wirst.
Das ist es... ein grundlegendes Fundament der Spiritualität. Gehe den Weg tief nach innen und löse die Grenzen der Trennung auf, während du gehst. Sieh mit "transparenten Augen" durch den Widerstand,
den du erschaffst. Ohne diese Weisheit und den transparenten Blick, der sie vollständig unterstützt, gibt es keine Erleuchtung. Du musst einfach deine eigenen fixen Schlussfolgerungen durchschauen.
Wenn du das geschafft hast, hast du die ganze Arbeit getan, die noch zu tun ist. Wenn du an deinen Meinungen hängst, wirst du kurzsichtig. Anhaftungen sind nur Gedanken, denen Sie naiverweise Ihre volle Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt haben, indem Sie dem Unwichtigen Bedeutung verliehen haben. Wenn Sie die geistigen Windungen stoppen, die Sie in eine sehr enge Sichtweise zwängen, werden Sie Ihre wahre Freiheit finden.
